Mindful Meditation

​Come and discover the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Mindfulness is the practice of self-care that allows you to be more present in the moment by focusing on acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings. Meditation is the act of remaining in a silent and calm state for a period of time to allow you to deal with the problems of everyday life. This program will help you understand self-care with stress, anxiety, depression, pain and illness. 

Classes are FREE thanks to the Calgary Rural Primary Care Network and Alberta Health Services.
