Indoor Walking Programs

​​​The indoor walking program is a non-structured free program. The goal is for participants to come in and walk for the length of time that is good for them. It's a great idea to buy a pedometer, so steps can be tracked. 

Walking on a regular basis helps:
​​• Reduce body fat 
​​• Decrease blood pressure 
​​• Reduce stress levels 
​​• Lower the risk of heart disease
​​• Strengthen your heart, muscles, joints and bones 
​​•​ Release natural endorphins that promote feelings of happiness
