Indoor Walking Programs

​​​The evening indoor walking program is a non structured free program. The goal is for participants to come in and walk for what ever length of time is good for them. It is encouraged that pedometers are purchased, so how many steps can be counted. 


Walking on a regular basis helps:
​​• Reduce body fat 
​​• Decrease blood pressure 
​​• Reduce stress levels 
​​• Lower the risk of heart disease
​​• Strengthen your heart, muscles, joints and bones 
​​•​ Release natural endorphins that promote feelings of happiness
