Craving Change

The Craving Change program is not a diet. However, it does teach you what, when, where or how much to eat. The classes focus on WHY you eat what you do. As you become more aware of your own personal eating triggers, you will be able to control your food cravings and change your problematic eating behaviours.

Craving Change focuses on a cognitive-behavioural approach that is widely supported by years of research as helpful for managing problematic eating. The cognitive-behavioural model encourages you to consider how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours all interact.

Classes are in partnership and FREE thanks to the Calgary Rural Primary Care Network, Alberta Health Services
